Public reach: Primarily local or community-based

About

Student-led Jewish society at SOAS that organises religious and cultural activities such as Kabbalat Shabbat and Jewish holiday celebrations, and creates supportive spaces to reflect on Jewish life and identity in London and at SOAS. The society explicitly welcomes anti-Zionist Jews, including those from other universities who do not feel comfortable in their own Jewish societies, and aims to provide a safe base for solidarity and collaboration with other student groups on campus.
