Major Harrison Mann

Harrison Mann is a Jewish American former U.S. Army major who resigned from the Defense Intelligence Agency in protest against U.S. support for Israel’s war on Gaza. Since leaving government service, he has spoken publicly about the moral and political implications of U.S. policy, criticising its role in enabling mass civilian suffering, starvation, and large-scale killing of Palestinians. Drawing on historical memory and ethical reasoning, he has warned against the normalisation of collective punishment and the erosion of moral responsibility within state institutions.
