Institute for the Critical Study of Zionism

The Institute for the Critical Study of Zionism (ICSZ) was established in 2023 to support academic study of Zionism as a political and settler-colonial movement. It aims to bridge the gap between academic research and community activism. ICSZ is significant for institutionalizing the critical study of Zionism within the humanities and social sciences. It explicitly identifies with decolonial frameworks and supports international academic freedom.
