Independent Australian Jewish Voices (IAJV)

Independent Australian Jewish Voices (IAJV) is a network of Australian Jews founded in 2007. It was established to provide a platform for Jewish Australians who believe that the mainstream community's leadership does not represent their views on Israel and Palestine. The group advocates for a just peace based on international law and human rights. IAJV is significant for challenging the consensus of the Australian Zionist lobby. It provides a forum for Jews who oppose the occupation, name Israeli policies as apartheid, and support the rights of Palestinians to self-determination and return.
