Glenn Block

I am a tech entrepreneur with 30 years in tech. I've been a product executive at Microsoft, Splunk, Auth0, DocuSign, and now Cribl as well as a founder. I was raised as a Reform Zionist Jew and accepted Islam at age 19. That set me on a journey of unlearning and learning. As I grew in my tech career, it pushed me down a path of activism, working to dismantle white supremacy, racism, and misogyny in tech. After Oct 7th, I started to use my voice loudly to advocate for Palestine and speak out against Zionism. In 2023, I founded ProdSense (prodsense.net) to help companies build more equitable systems. Outside of work, I have been active in communities and was an early board member for Wasat (wearewasat.org), a thriving organization serving the Muslim community in Seattle. I currently serve as a founding board member for Liminal Works, a tech activist organization. I am also a member of Tech For Palestine and Entrepreneurs for Palestine. I've served in several other organizations helping support people underrepresented communities in tech.
